What we collect

• When you visit - technical data such as your IP address, browser and device, and what you play, so we can run the site, keep playback working and prevent abuse.
• If you create an account - your email address, your password (stored only as a one-way hash), and your lists, viewing history and settings.
• If you contact us - whatever you send us.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Cloudflare and Google Analytics set their own cookies for security and to measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but logging in will stop working.

Emails

We only email the address on your account, and only password resets you ask for and service announcements about BingeBang itself, such as a change of our web address. No newsletters or marketing. Our emails are sent through a third-party email delivery service, which receives your address and the message only to deliver it. Emails may include tracking of delivery, opens and clicks so we can make sure they arrive. To stop service announcements, tell us through the contact page.

Services that run the site

We never sell, rent or give your personal information to anyone. The site itself runs on a few third-party services: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Analytics (usage statistics) and an email delivery service, and your browser loads images, videos, trailers and subtitles from third-party servers. These services only handle what they need to do their job for us.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept until your account is deleted. Technical and security logs are deleted automatically, within about five weeks.

Your choices

You can edit your lists and settings on your account pages. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, contact us through the contact page from the email address on your account. BingeBang is not meant for children under 13.
