The service

BingeBang is a free website for finding and watching movies and TV shows. Videos, images and download links come from third-party servers that we do not control, so we cannot guarantee their availability, quality or accuracy. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time.

Your account

You do not need an account to use BingeBang. If you create one, give a real email address you can receive mail at, keep your password private, and remember that you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

Emails

By creating an account you agree to receive emails from us at the address on your account. These are limited to password reset emails you request and service announcements about BingeBang, such as a change of our web address. We do not send marketing emails. You can ask us to stop service announcements through the contact page.

Acceptable use

• Use BingeBang for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
• Do not scrape, copy or resell the site or its content, or access it with bots or automated tools.
• Do not try to bypass our security checks or usage limits, or disrupt the site in any way.
• Follow the laws that apply where you live.

We may block access or close accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

BingeBang is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site or any third-party content or service it links to.

Changes
